How RpMC-55 handles your information
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the RpMC-55 platform, how it is used, and how it is handled for batch-related communication, member access, and content management.

When members sign in or use account-related features, the platform may store basic profile information such as name, email address, profile picture, phone number, roll number, section, session, blood group, and Facebook profile link.
Administrative sections may also store content metadata such as who posted a notice, who reviewed a request, or when a record was updated.

Collected information is used only for the operation of the RpMC-55 platform, including:
- authenticating approved batch members
- maintaining member profiles
- displaying official notices, events, resources, and batch information
- supporting election participation and administrative moderation
- improving communication across the batch platform
3. Sign-in and Google account usage
The platform uses Google sign-in to identify members and restrict access where needed. At present, the site only uses basic sign-in information such as your name, email, and profile picture.
4. Data visibility
Some submitted information may be visible to administrators or used in internal batch workflows. Public pages are intended for approved batch communication and do not exist to sell or distribute member information.
5. Data storage and security
Reasonable efforts are made to protect stored information through platform configuration, access controls, and administrative restrictions. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-party services
The platform may rely on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Cloudflare, and externally hosted links. Those services may process information according to their own policies.
7. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after updates means the revised policy will apply going forward.
